SMART DESIGN

At E35 Creative, we use Neuromarketing techniques throughout our work. Neuromarketing is a way for you to use psychology to better understand how people make decisions about buying things and what they think when they interact with your brand. We use a number of resources to quickly see and predict how people's brains respond to different ads, copy and design. By understanding how the brain works when people are using your product or interacting with your brand, we can help create better marketing strategies and help make your products more appealing and useful to your customers.

A FEW OF OUR TOOLS...

At E35 Creative, we use Smart Design as a secret weapon to create winning strategies that use the power of the brain to create effective, memorable and persuasive marketing materials. Here are just a few pieces of our process to learn more about!

Heat Mapping:

Think of heat maps as a detective for your design, uncovering which elements are the real crowd-pleasers and which ones need to be thrown in the "design-jail". They help you design a website or package that is not only visually appealing but also user-friendly and easy to navigate.

Cognitive Bias:

Cognitive bias is like a secret code for the brain, it tells us how people think and decide. We use this in our Smart Design process to crack the code and create marketing materials that hit the sweet spot. By understanding the code we can communicate effectively with customers and create marketing materials that are more powerful and effective.

Process Communication Model (PCM):

The Process Communication Model (PCM) is a communication and management tool developed by Taibi Kahler in the 1970s that can be used to help identify and understand an individual's personality and communication style. By using the PCM process, we help craft marketing messages that truly resonate with your customer, leading to more effective and impactful campaigns. Using PCM can also help you anticipate and overcome any potential roadblocks or resistance, making your marketing journey smoother.

AN EXAMPLE OF HEATMAPPING

When a user first lands on our site, the "What We Do" section also grabs their attention, encouraging them to keep scrolling.
